The Transition Ministry focuses on graduates under the age of 30. The Ministry provides the graduates with Christian guidance and mentoring as they make major life decisions about their faith, work and family. The Navigators believe that this is an essential stage in a person’s life so avenues for discipleship are made available to individuals at this stage. Mr. Kwabena Owusu leads the Transition Ministry Team.
